Riddell Williams was one of Seattle’s oldest and renowned law firms with over 100 years serving the Pacific Northwest.  Molly, partnering with a creative group, facilitated strategic planning efforts, rebrand and a new website.  The goal in the rebrand was to unify their existing practice groups under one corporate vision.  Through a brand positioning workshop, the stakeholders within the company's practice groups reorganized from twelve to six practice groups.  The next phase led to the strategic marketing messaging tailored to each practice group, a new brand identity system, content generation, design and development of a new website that effectively communicated the firm’s values.  

Through this rebrand, Riddell Williams positioned themselves as a leader in the legal market which in turn led to a merger with the national law firm Fox Rothschild.
