Molly came into our firm and helped us build a marketing culture from the ground up.  She made an immediate positive impact on our firm and our culture.  She proactively sought out events, speaking engagements, and other opportunities that would allow each of us, with our unique backgrounds and comfort zones, to get the most out of our marketing efforts.  By meeting with us regularly to track progress, she kept us accountable, encouraged our efforts, celebrated our successes, and helped us learn from things that didn’t go as well.  I am so grateful that I had the opportunity to work with Molly, and look forward to doing so again.
