Lawyers Adam Boyd and Benjamin Cornell were merging with a law firm.  They knew they needed to announce the merger to clients and the legal and business community but didn’t know how to go about it. 

Adam and Benjamin approached Dore Consulting Group in need of a PR strategy announcing the merger.  The goal was to promote the merger with a consistent and clear message internally and externally.

Dore Consulting Group developed a strategy and timeline for announcing the merger.  They created a communication piece for the staff and a communication piece for the clients.  Both communication pieces maintaining consistent messaging to share the news of the mergers.  Dore Consulting Group next created a press release which they disseminated to all legal and business media outlets.  The new law firm of Gibbs Houston Pauw successfully announced the merger and landed a story in Law360 as well as mentions about the merger in several business and legal publications.
